“We contracted with Cliff Lee as our dealer and contractor for an off frame modular home. We spent quite a bit of time altering standard floor plans to make our home wheelchair accessible and to add numerous special features. We wanted the affordability of a modular home, but wanted many special features that the modular home people just weren’t used to providing. Cliff worked closely with us, engineers and the manufacturer to ensure that all requirements were met and that we would be satisfied with all outcomes. We encountered some delays along the way, due to bad weather, foundation issues and land survey issues imposed by our lender. However, Cliff was on the job every day, always accessible to us, and he managed to get us into our home within 8 weeks!
